This is hard to believe, as the new trends in barrel-aged craft beers are creating some of the best flavors on the market. But the beers we now know and love had a long journey to get where they are. The good news is that it seems that the journey has only begun!

Somm Willi Schlögl, owner of "Cordobar" in Berlin, awaits with nearly 1,000 top wines and rarities from Austria and Germany. Because wine needs good good to pair with it, you can also get spoiled with their avant-garde dishes such as "Tafelspitz-Wrap" or "Blutwurst-Pizza".
