The actual history of Hollen single malts began on a hot summer day in the 90's, as we found no more beer in the cellar after sweaty work. "Then we just brew our beer itself" we said and did so with great pleasure, without knowing that the knowledge obtained thereby will help us later. So it was that on July 1, 1999, the first baby dribbled whiskey from the distillery Bader. The launch sparked a huge response and the maturation of the product was followed with interest.Encouraged by the positive response and the enjoyment of the product, the distillery was expanded in future. Meanwhile store above 90 barrels in our cellars. Nevertheless, the Hollen whiskey distillery one of the smallest whiskey distilleries of the world.
