In 2008, we asked ourselves after a wine tour through Lower Austria, why we did not know some excellent wines, often from Falstaff- and Salon-awarded winemakers, and especially we asked ourselves where we can buy these wines here in Vorarlberg - we have none Answer found because they were simply not offered here.

As men of action, we decided that this unsatisfactory situation must change: so we first contacted two winegrowers and they were our idea to offer their wines here in Vorarlberg, attributed. We started the wine sales agency with a first tasting. The feedback was consistently positive and we saw our idea strengthened. The first year was very motivating, but we also realized that we had to expand our offer.

So we went again on a big trip and have traveled in addition to Lower Austria and the Burgenland and Styria. Happy and with three new winegrower partners, we returned and the development continued its positive course. When in autumn 2010 the opportunity arose for a fixed location of a sales outlet in the old town of Bludenz, we did not hesitate long, founded the company wein. and opened our wine shop "wine. Just a year later, we took the next step and opened our first store - our online shop. So we can offer our wines now also beyond Vorarlberg and we hope with our idea also here to be able to win satisfied customers.

The success story continues, and on November 7, 2013, we opened our new sales office in a delightful wine vault in the center of Bludenz - in Rathausgasse 12.

Over the last few years, Weinpunkt has become a fixture for wine lovers in Bludenz and we continue to be high motivated to offer you new and interesting things from Austria and neighboring countries.
